If you are upgrading to WonderDesk SQL version 4.12 from WonderDesk SQL version 4.00 - 4.10, there are a few things extra steps to do. Again, this only applies if your current WonderDesk SQL version is anywhere between 4.00 - 4.10. #1. Back everything up. (WonderDesk files and SQL database). More details are in the Owner's Manual. #2. Perform the upgrade. Run the install.cgi and choose Upgrade. Enter the path to your secure directory. (If you don't know it, you can find it in your WonderDesk Control Panel -> Paths and URL's. #3. Go to Control Panel -> General Setup -> Paths and URLs -> Dynamic Preserve Add ",queue" to the Dynamic Preserve list. At a minimum, it should contain these: t,f,l,sid,queue #4. To make the date inside the help desk call consistent with the rest of the areas, Go to Control Panel -> General Setup -> Date/Time -> User datetime long format. Change the "User datetime long format" to this: %dddd%, %mmmm% %d% %yyyy%;%H%:%MM%:%ss%
