If you are upgrading from WonderDesk SQL version 4.00 - 4.10, there are a few things
you should do after you perform this upgrade. After you have completed this upgrade step,
log into your control panel and perform these steps:
(This info is also located in the upgrade_notes.txt file.)

#1.  Go to Control Panel -> General Setup -> Paths and URLs -> Dynamic Preserve
     Add ",queue" to the Dynamic Preserve list. At a minimum, it should contain these:
     t,f,l,sid,queue

#2. To make the date inside the help desk call consistent with the rest of the areas,
    Go to Control Panel -> General Setup -> Date/Time -> User datetime long format.
    Change the "User datetime long format" to this:
